Graeme worked for Australian Food Ingredient Suppliers for four years before subsequent his father. He has focused the company on product research in the areas of spontaneous food flavors and colors, improved customer service and delivery, tall slick technical urge and more compliant packaging. Over the past 14 years eve built up a mighty clientele in the baking, confectionery and beverage markets. We pay a lot of attention to our customers feedback. Sue Marsh has a strong background in food chemistry, food manufacturing, fermentation technology and beverage processing. Sue has worked in product development and research in the baking, egg processing, parched blending ingredients and commercial wine making industries. She has developed and commercialized a number of food ingredient products which included addressing aspects of food technology and food safety. She has abundant experience in laboratory, manufacturing and regulatory based food safety and quality systems and is responsible for implementing axis' HACCP system. She brings to axis a varied unite of experience which serves to complement the rest of our team's expertise. Marsh has worked for CPR and Arnotts and is the coauthor of a number of papers on foods. She has also worked for the School of Biotechnology at the University of MSW. A appropriate taste is a matter of blended, often contrasting, sensations and expectations, much like our team, Sue says.
