The holistic System of Yoga in Daily Life® is designed by Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda for harmony of body, mind, consciousness & soul. In this way, it can be observed that Yoga not only influences the body but gives one the tools to bring balance to daily life. Many classical yoga postures are featured that offer the opportunity to extend and deepen the Yoga experience.
These classes further strengthen the body, increase fitness, develop concentration and build mental fortitude.
General Class. Beginners welcome. Movements are united with the breath to focus the mind, and improve flexibility, relax muscles, rejuvenate joints, release stress, improve concentration, circulation and digestion. Exercises, relaxation and meditation designed to bring balance and harmony to Body, breathing, Mind and Soul.
Our timetable is divided into Easy Yoga and General level Yoga classes and is structured as follows:
Easy Yoga Classes “Sarva Hitta Asanas” – meaning good for everyone regardless of age, fitness, weight or health. Periods of relaxation, breathing and meditation are generally also included in the Yoga class.

“Yoga in Daily Life” is designed in such a way that the body is gradually and systematically prepared, leading from simple preparatory exercises towards the more advanced.
